The drying chamber is equipped with a partial filter ceiling that avoids any turbulence.
The ventilation is SEMI-vertical. The greatest impurities in the air are separated by the pre-filters. The air is then introduced into the part via ceiling filters (fine filters).
The heating can only be switched on if ventilation working. Any normal or occasional shutdown of ventilation results in an immediate shutdown of heating.
The drying chamber working in recycling, the air is largely recycled. The percentage of recycled air is 85-90%, so fresh air is 15-10%, in order to avoid the accumulation of solvents or water vapors. The accumulation of solvents must be avoided in order not to reach the safe explosion limit and to obtain a good polymerization thanks to the painting applied to the object.
Due to the principle of recycling, heating is very economical (much less energy is consumed than during the spraying phase). The set temperature is reached quickly. The air is recycled through the filters. Technical aggregates and ducts are designed in such a way that there is no significant increase in pressure. With this principle, water-based paintings can dry faster.
