>> Mercedes' R107 series is the best represented of all SL generations, as production from 1971 to '89 makes it the Benz with the longest runtime (except for the unapproachable G-Class). This 3.8-liter V8 version (the 'sweet-spot' so to speak) is originally from Canada, and its interior, among other things, is very tastefully put together (moreover still in reasonably good condition). With some love, you can bring this vintage convertible cruiser back to glory! Or feel free to come and admire & inspect it yourself; during a reserved viewing moment.
