An automatic palletiser that stacks wood, plastic or cardboard boxes and crates onto pallets. The PAL-108D’s rotating infeed and rollers direct the produce into pre-set configurations for stacking.
After each layer is added, a retractable plate and pneumatic clamps move the next layer into position and lower it into the stacking position.
The PAL-108D can be configured to stack heavy, overweight cartons, unstable boxes and crates, export pallets with differing layer configurations.
The 4 machines aren't exactly alike;
- 2 pieces have the infeed from the left side
- 2 pieces have the infeed from the right side
